Recreational Teams
- Players tend to be newer players with less advanced skills Objective is to be developmental
- Teams also known as “house teams”
- Most games will be played against other house teams Some “neighbor league” games
- Practices are academy style (more on this later)
Select Teams
- Players have more advanced skills
- Players must tryouts for team (held early spring - March +/-)
- Objective is to be developmental as well as more competitive
- Players also play on rec teams
- In addition to rec house games, attend 2-3 travel tournaments
- Uniforms, tourney fees in tuition Travel expenses borne by family
Travel Teams
- Competition includes many out of state teams
- Players have fairly advanced skills Tryouts held in early spring (March +/-)
- Attend 4-6 travel tournaments Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Kentucky
- Overnight stays
- MPLL - Midwest Premier Lacrosse League
- Teams from Wisconsin, Illinois, Ohio, Indiana, Michigan and Ontario
- Annual tournament Cost is more than select
- Uniforms, tourney fees in tuition Travel expenses borne by family
